A bot for your Lords Mobile guild
Running a guild means reminding a hundred people about Guild Fest, Darknest, Showdown and KvK at the right time, collecting sign-ups for rallies, and screening new recruits. A bot can do the repetitive part, so officers spend their time playing and leading instead of pinging.
Event reminders from the game calendar
Most Lords Mobile events run on fixed cycles - many every 21 days from a known round. Bamboo Bot's Lords Mobile event reminders template follows the event calendar kept on KvK Tracker, so you don't have to work the dates out yourself. Pick the events your guild cares about and when to remind:
- A day before - time to save speed-ups, resources and stamina.
- An hour before - "get online, shields check, troops home".
Covered events include KvK, Guild Fest, Darknest Crusade, Guild Showdown, Guild Duel, Wonder Wars, Chaos and Dragon
Arena, Chalice, Feudal Battle, Labyrinth, Tycoon and more. Reminders give the start time in UTC, the same clock as the game's servers, and !kvk answers with the next KvK.
Guild applications
The Guild applications template asks recruits a short set of questions when they type !apply:
in-game name, might, highest troop tier and type, kingdom, how active they are and why they want to join. Answers go
to your officers' channel and the Leads list, so you can compare applicants without scrolling chat.
Sign-ups for KvK and rallies
With the Sign-ups template, members type !signup T4 cav, online 20:00 and the bot keeps the list;
!signups shows it and an officer clears it after the event. No more spreadsheet copied from chat.
Keep chat useful
- Commands for the things people ask daily:
!rules,!migration,!kvk. - Moderation for links and spam from outsiders.
- Giveaways for shield or gem prizes during guild events:
!giveaway,!enter,!draw. - Polls for quick decisions: which hunt time, which event to focus.
Two apps, one guild
Many guilds have members split between Discord and LINE or Telegram. On the Elite plan, a relay copies messages from one bot's channel into another bot's group, so announcements reach everyone once.
